I love how there is a Cardo and strength component to every workout, and every workout is different each day. The coaches are helpful and friendly, and i love the community of people that i have met.

Gig Harbor location is fantastic! Have visited other studios and they were meh. I transferred my membership to GH earlier this year and have never regretted. GH studio is why I started attending OTF 5 years ago. Attentive to members and keep you motivated! From the several years I’ve been a member, it is in my experience that the instructors can truly make or break a class! Lara was great - kept people motivated, explained everything so thoroughly and made an effort to quickly chat with individuals, even myself and it was my first time in this particular studio. I’m looking forward to another class again!!
It was a tough 3 g workout. Coach was great made me feel like I could do it. Super encouraging, great workout!
I like variety, I also like to mix strength workouts into my routines, but I dont like to work out early or late!! Please bring back mid morning strength.
I love the energy, the coaches, the music, and the feeling of accomplishment when the workout is over.
Clean workout room, updated equipment, coaches who care and motivate, music that keeps everyone pumped during workout, personalized heart rate equipment and reports after every workout, orange lights create nice ambience (not bright white lights like other gyms), multiple fans to keep everyone cool, consistent use of wipes to clean equipment after every use, assigned workout stations.
Orange Theory Fitness (South Hill, Spokane, WA) is a wonderful experience. They make you fell like family at the same time motivating you to be the best person you can be (both physically and mentally). Thank you all!
P.S. - Please bring back the 90 minute classes on Sunday ;-)
The way the instructors keep the workout interesting and push you to reach the goals you made. It makes me feel more motivated.

I love that I don't have to think about what I'm doing when I get there. The coaches guide the workouts, and I just have to show up and do the best I can on that day. I always get a great workout in, and like that the movements are different from one day to the next.
It's a super efficient way to build strength, stamina and endurance. I don't have to think about it either. The workouts are preplanned.
