It is a thorough full body workout.
I love the variation of activities during the class. It makes it go by quickly, while feeling like you worked hard and are reaping benefits. All the staff and members are very friendly and willing to help and assist any time. I don’t feel any judgement here at all and that’s a great feeling!!

The distraction of all the variety, the “game-fying” of following my heart rate & trying to get splat points, the afterburn. I love that there’s also just strength classes.
The sales associate I think it was Joanna? immediately greeted us when we came in with a smile and positive attitude, she was already up and ready for us.
OTF is way more effective than just going to a gym. The compact workout programs help me burn 3 times the calories I burn at the regular gym. The thing I love most is it's just 1 hour that you can easily fit into a busy day. Time is money and I was waiting a lot of time at the gym trying to figure out what machines to use or waiting in line to use them...all for a subpar workout. OTF is definitely the way to go!!!

Its a real calorie burn and I have seen the impacts to my running pace and overall endurance and body shape.
I like the group environment. I like the coaching aspect that I receive because I’m new to the fitness environment, sometimes I need help with my form and they answer my silly questions. The front desk staff have been really great and welcoming when I come in.I like that I can track my heartbeat and calories burned. I like the variety of the workouts , they’re not boring and mundane. I like the loud music, it helps me to get into the workout and staying focused, it also drowns out the panting and groaning from all of my neighbors, myself included. I like the feeling I have when leaving, the endorphins, the sense of accomplishment.
Your workouts continue to challenge me and/or keep me on a regular exercise routine. Fast, lively, unique and even on hard days, fun.

I love the intensity, variety of exercises, and that the programs change from day to day. I love the coaches too; they are always great.
I like the structure and if I’m not doing a movement how I should, one of the coaches will help me with correcting my form.

It challenges me each and every darn time:-). There are some days that I'm just not able to get in the mode, but I do my best and still see success on the screen. And days when I am stressed, this is such a great outlet!
