Great workout! Motivating instructors and good playlists. The staff is so friendly and it’s always nice when they call me by my name.

What do you like about our workout?

Before I joined I thought I wouldn’t like a group class, but I was wrong! I enjoy having a template laid out so I can get the most out of my hour workout. When you’re not in great shape to begin with, joining a group class can be very intimidating and you think you will be self conscious. But you won’t! That is my favorite thing about the workouts, everyone is concentrating on their own workout. Everyone is working so hard you really don’t have time to be self conscious! All in all, everyone is accepting and encouraging and I think that is an important piece you can’t find just anywhere.

What do you like about our workout?

Our gym offers enough time slots to make the workout available to everyone’s schedule.
The workouts are as challenging as you make them, coaches are amazing, and the manager Debbie is personable and very approachable and available to the members.

What do you like about our workout?

Orange theory is a great all body without and the only fitness class I know of that incorporates treadmills. The staff are high energy which gives me the motivation to keep going, and ensure you're performing exercises correctly. They also regularly mix up the class format so 6 years on I'm still enthused about giving to class. Best fitness option out there

What do you like about our workout?

This is something that keeps you interested and shows results fairly quickly due to the high intensity. As long as you remember the first class is the hardest and it gets easier after that you won’t give up. I have gotten results that surprise me both with my checkups at the doctors office and on the scale at home. Everyday activities also get easier when you’re healthier than you’ve been in years. Would suggest to anyone serious about changing their life.

I liked the simplicity of the workout even though it has variety. The process is easy to understand and the coach seems to be able to be everywhere at once providing clear direction and support. I love the efficiency in achieving the cardio goals. Easy.

What do you like about our workout?

Love the variation of workouts and how easy it is to show up and get a good burn in without having to think about planning the workout. The coaches bring great energy to the studio and care about building relationships with members.

What do you like about our workout?

Offered it. Lots of different times, great music. Time passes quickly when doing work out. Can modify work out to meet individual needs. Use lots of calories. Good overall coverage of all areas of fitness including muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness.
