I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do for my workout- it’s all planned for me and always new and interesting. The coaches are super motivating and help me push myself. With the monitor I know where I’m at and how hard I’m working at all times and I can adjust to work harder. I have goals now which motivates me and I always look forward to how many splat points I get each class!

The structure of the classes are great, I think it's just a great all over body work out, and you feel good afterwards. But the staff/couches here at the Mercer Island location are just the best. We have so much in classes, and the personal interest that is taken, even by the front desk staff, really makes it feel like a family. I love it!!

I like everything......The coaches, the front desk staff, the circuit training, the music. I like that I don't get board. Seems like there is always some new routine. I like that it only takes an hour. I like the results I'm seeing in the mirror.

Most efficient way to reach my fitness goals. I love how the workouts make you feel athletic and you can literally monitor how much better your endurance gets over time. I love the feeling when I get to set a new base and push pace.

Honestly, the first time I tried Orangetheory, I wasn't sold on the method but after a few classes, I fell in love with it. The class is fast-paced, keeps you motivated to get your personal best and allows you to get a full body workout. Highly recommend getting the OTbeat heart rate monitor to track your progress and see just what your body is capable of.
I love the positivity of the staff, the access to instruction and equipment that I don’t have at home, the mix of clientele (some are old and out of shape like me), the music, and the workout itself is interesting because it varies each time. I take most of my classes from Shannon and Erica and they are fantastic!
We don't have to figure out what to do. There is a new program every day.
