I love that you walk in and the coaches guide you through what to do - you don't have to think about it or put together your own fitness plan! The energy is always positive, classes are overall very easy to get in to.
Never do the same thing exactly twice, is challenging but modifiable if people (like me) are trying to get BACK in shape (and are so not there yet, but working on it!)
I love the positive and supportive atmosphere it provides to everyone! Motivation at its finest!
It is structured with clear instruction on what to do! The workouts keep you accountable for an hour.

Convenience! Knowing I’ll get a good, we’ll programmed workout in a supportive environment without having to think about the details (program design, where to get equipment, how to do movements properly, even what music to listen to)!
