Coach Jeff was awesome! Very motivating. I was visiting from out of town and he made me feel welcome and was sure to check on me during the workout. He also pushes you to do more.

What do you like about our workout?

I really enjoy that the coaches take a personal interest in helping me improve. For example, Liz encouraging me to try the 30lb db on a following set or Jeff encouraging me to push a little faster on the treadmill for a more aggressive all out! Also, I love that the coaches try and learn my name even though Trolley is not my home gym. It’s awesome. Thanks

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are structured and always changing, little down time between stations, heart rate screen is a great feature. I like the tv screens that show the exercise and number of reps, so you can perform each exercise correctly. Most of all, the Instructors are fun, energetic and take the time to make sure your doing the exercises correctly, so you don’t get injured. Fun Stuff!

What do you like about our workout?

Everything. Triggers every muscle at one point. The trainers r amazing. Gives you a goal. Can’t let your guard down. Just when you think you have it in your hands a new circuit evolves—you never stop striving. Always a tremendous challenge. I love this place.

Less crowded than other group fitness classes and the coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, making an effort to get to know the attendees names and goals.
