Everything from the style of workout to the wonderful, very helpful, and caring Coaches. The front staff is amazing. It feels like everyone there, every members are one big family!

What do you like about our workout?

I’ve been coming for 3+ years and it’s still challenging yet enjoyable. I can take it at my pace whether I am going hard to look my best at an event or if I am coming back after an injury. My coaches are always encouraging and find ways to keep me motivated but never push me to where I feel I am putting myself at risk. It’s always a positive vibe and I’m always glad I came to class.

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy the group coaching that occurs. I like the technology in helping push myself. Lastly, I love the challenges, benchmarks, and the signature workouts that OTF offers.

What do you like about our workout?

Love the structure. One have done 1 workout but it was great. Staff and trainer all were very engaged with my first workout and didn't just let me in and bump around lost. I felt like going through the workout I had been doing for weeks.

I love how welcome you feel. The coaches and staff know your name and are encouraging. The coaches know you and what you are capable of and push you to reach your full potential.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that OT and the coaches challenge me. I’m doing something out of my comfort zone (group fitness) and it allows me to push myself and learn new exercises for my whole body!

I like that I don't have to think about the workout. I only have to keep track of my reps when I'm at the weights station. Sometimes even that can be a challenge.

Always different, pushes me to try heavier weights, harder workout than I would do "on my own" and I feel accountable, when I sign up for a class.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s intense but doable. It’s lively with the music blasting familiar toons. I push myself because I play the game to keep my heart in the Orange zone for more than 12 minutes in each workout knowing that my body will then burn fat for the rest of the day even when I’m not working out. It’s great for fitness, weight loss and my overall morale. I have never loved exercising but I’m am addicted to Orangetheory.

What do you like about our workout?

I work a desk job and have done so for 40 years. I needed some added exercise and cardio in my life and a way to boost my metabolism. I visited an Orange Theory booth at Draper Days 4 years ago and Coach Natalie signed me up for my first workout. This workout was the answer I have been looking for, the coaches are fantastic, every workout has been great and they are all so different and diversified, they are never boring. I have felt and seen the results and now I am hooked.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that every workout is different. Each day has a different focus. I enjoy having someone count my reps and intervals. I’m so busy just doing what I’m told … that time just flies by.
