I love that I can see the monitor on the screen, the colors make it easy to follow and it's amazing that there is science behind it. I love that the workouts challenge me. I love the entire vibe. I love the coaching style. From the moment I walk in (even at 6:15am lol) I am energized and ready to take on the day! The hour flies by! I seriously LOVE all of it!

What's not to like about OTF Holladay?! The best.
"Workout" should have been "workouts." They change from session to session, so the benefits of muscle confusion are baked into the program. Overall, the result is full body conditioning encompassing both cardio and strength training. The coaches are always on hand to help with technique or modifications to accommodate individuals' potential limitations. It's a serious program for people serious about overall conditioning. Add to that the fun of OTF's group dynamic, pleasant/professional administration and you have a cocktail of reliable excellence that produces real world results.

The coaches are very positive and encouraging. They are very helpful in making sure you’re getting the most out of your exercise by encouraging correct form whether it’s the rowing machine or the weights.
I don’t have to decide what workouts to do and it keeps me going…. Love it!!

It's challenging and works each muscle group. It's a great combination of cardio and strength training, your body will always thank you the next day. The group atmosphere is very supportive and fun to be a part of!
