What do you like about our workout?

I like that everyday is a different workout, the coaches are there to help you and the members are nice. However, the 3G workouts needs to be scheduled at different times, not only in the morning in the same time slot. All the members must have the options of all different classes not only 2G if we can only come in the afternoon . I can’t go in the mornings because of work, therefore is not fair if I’m paying the premium option to miss 3G workouts if available because they are only in the mornings.

I love Orangetheory! I love the variety in the workouts, i love the challenges and keeping track so you can see improvement.
The coaches and staff are incredible, so fun, friendly and knowledgeable.

I’m constantly moving and don’t have time to think. I like watching my heart rate respond to different segments of the workout.

What do you like about our workout?

Everyone (all ages, fitness levels, genders) is represented - I’m a new member and anticipated feeling very uncomfortable in the classes but that hasn’t been the case at all. I love that the heart rate monitors very much keep you focused on yourself - it’s never a competition between you and your neighbor unless you go out of your way to make it one! The HR monitor is also great, objective, feedback about where you are - helps to keep your workout both productive and safe. Really enjoying OTF!

I love the all-around workout that focuses on all parts of my body. It is so nice to have the workout designed for me, and then I can add weight or range of motion to make it more challenging where I can. I love OTF!

Jeff is the best motivator! He always pushed me through these challenging workouts. Every day is different. I have been coming for over three years which is the longest I have ever stuck to a workout program! Thanks for everything!

I like the variety of workouts, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Love the option of showering after workout- please add fans in the shower rooms:-)

What do you like about our workout?

Different workouts, mixing it up, the instructors, motivation. I also like how clean the studio is. Front desk staff is terrific.

The MUSIC could use some work. Too much rap and EDM. A little bit is fine, but mix it up a bit! (This is why I didn't rate 10).

Been a member for 2 years, the classes are meant to improve one's fitness as long as one is motivated to do so. Its been quite my main motivation system thruogh out the pandemic.

I like the structure and variety. If I worked out on my own, I wouldn't "push" or go "all out". It's a structured way to push yourself, even when you don't really want to.

This is not my hometown OT. In town for softball tournament. I felt welcomed, encouraged & met some kind locals. Coach from Nashville was fabulous. Highly recommend a visit to this OT.

It was a very efficient and challenging workout, and provided great stats on heart rate, calories burned, and time in the red or orange zone.
