It really helps to maximize the workouts. I love the staff. They’re like family. Finally, I love the OT community. It motivates you and keeps you striving to do better. It’s a very welcoming environment.
Everything. Just don’t waste your time freezing your account. That was the biggest headache and i wasted a half a month and the girl was pretty rude about it tbh.

I like the motivation that the trainer brings to the workout. I like the heart rate monitor, so that I know I'm in the best zone. It's nice to have the trainer let me know when to go harder or when to slow down based on my heart rate and the interval of the workout.

I loved the entire class! So many aspects work for me...the intervals are amazing. They allow me to push hard and KNOW that it is only for short period of time, which makes me push harder. For someone in their 50s strength training is so important. I want to maintain my ability to do what I want to do! And...the 60 minutes goes by SO fast.
I love that it challenges me, it’s never the same workout and I don’t have to think about what I’m doing because every workout is put together with the best results in mind for everyone and every body type. I just have to focus on pushing myself during my workouts and making personal victories for myself each day.

For you Orange Cup Challenge, you should have a group that is 60, 65 or 70+. Understanding you are catering to a "younger" generation, it is difficult for someone that is 60 or 65+ to compete with someone 15 or 20 years younger.
Figure out how to bring back the weight class during the week. This was a big benefit to both muscle tone and balance - which you loose in later life.
I've been going to OTF for 3 months and love it! I've never liked going to the gym, but OTF has changed my mind. The trainers are all so nice and helpful. They give me the little extra push I need, but they're not intrusive or uncomfortable for an introvert like me. I really think OTF twice a week is something sustainable for me that I can do for many years to come.
