What do you like about our workout?

I am obsessed with OTF! I love all of the coaches and staff. They’ve all taken the time to learn everyone’s names and interact with all of us. The camaraderie with other people in classes is something I’ve never experienced at any other gym and makes it that much easier to come to classes. I never know what to do with myself at “traditional” gyms so OTF is perfect for me. They encourage me to push myself but never beyond what I’m capable of.

I like how the coaches push, but not to the point of being a drill instructor. They motivate and make me want to go harder then the previous visit

I absolutely love Orange Theory! It’s the first place that I’ve noticed actual progress with my workouts, overall health, and mental attitude. I love how personable the coaches are and how they motivate me every day! Thank you OTF Bountiful :)

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I have a saved spot and the coaches.
I like that I don’t feel uncomfortable because I’m not dressed up to workout! I can tell a huge difference in my strength and overall health.

What do you like about our workout?

As a busy working mom OT is great for my lifestyle. I know I will get a great workout for the day. I love that I have 55 minutes to myself where its all about me. I do not have to plan a workout because OT coaches do all the work for me. I show up and give it my all and walk out feeling great. The front staff are always welcoming, and OT coaches are always encouraging and helpful.

The instructors are great. I don't have to think while I'm there too much because they tell me what to do. The time goes by quickly. The equipment is easy to use. I like that I can customize my workout to what I can do.

What do you like about our workout?

OrangeTheory does a great job of adjusting and progressing new workouts. Since there are multiple parts of class, there is always something you can find that you like about the workout. I would really recommend it for those who are nervous about being in group classes because although you're surrounded by awesome people - you can really make the workout your own and go at your own pace. The instructors have a warm feel about them and you never feel pressured to do something you're uncomfortable with. The front desk is helpful, welcoming, and creates a community environment by getting to know their members.

What do you like about our workout?

The first time I went I was a bit nervous, but honestly the staff were so kind and welcoming helping you understand everything that was happening. And the second workout was honestly even better! Once you get in the groove of things it flows so well and is a great workout every time!
