The coaches are simply AWESOME! Natalie, Annie, Tawny,Nick, they are there for you at all times, encouraging and caring for each one of us and our progress. They are there to support you and make you feel you belong. I have limitation in my body because of an injury and they help me modify the workouts. Love OTF!!
This fitness design is perfect for me. The coaching is great! The three stations are intense but do-able for everyone. First timer or experienced gym goers would fit in perfectly. So glad I joined 4 months ago!

How different they are and fun to do!
I don’t have to think about the workouts, just show up. The fitness bands show my heart rate in real time, so I know how hard I’m working. The coaches are great and always energetic. And they keep me accountable by charging me $12 if I don’t show up for a workout.

Best overall workout ever! I have been a member for more than 5 years, and I have loved every minute of it. Love the weights, especially as I get older. And the rowing and running keeps my cardio up. the variety of the workouts is great, never gets old. And most of all the dedication of the coaches. They are dedicated, professional, and they care about us all as unique individuals with a variety of personal fitness goals. I highly recommend!

Love the programming. I hate strength training, but OTF makes it a no-brainer and integrates seemlessly into a high intensity, high calorie burn workout. It's been wonderful for my sanity, mental health, and of course, physical health.
