What do you like about our workout?

pushes me to get my best workout in! Love having the visuals of whether or not I'm in the orange zone. I've realized I was rarely in the orange zone when working out on my own.

I like the intensity of the workout & couches cheering you on whole time. I was only walking at medium pace & now I’m running on treadmill. Losing inches and feeling Awesome overall👍 Thankyou ❤️💕

My favorite part is the weight floor and accomplishing things I wouldn’t normally do during a workout by myself.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how my body looks and feels after an OTF workout. I have been active my whole life, but get very intimidated in a weight room, and therefore never do weights. OTF knows how to incorporate just the perfect amount of cardio and weights to turn you into a lean and fit fat burning machine. Because of the added weights I notice that my body is more tone and I have so much more energy when I do OTF!

What do you like about our workout?

The accountability is the best part. Once I commit to a class I know that if I cancel that I’m going to be charged, so once I ring that bell I can’t unring it, and it helps keep my motivation sufficiently high.

Ashley was excellent to get me set up. Nat was an excellent trainer. She was aware and helped me when I needed it. The workout was remarkable.
All of my interactions with the staff was truly amazing.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the rotations between treadmills, rower, and weight floor. The coaches at OTF Sugarhouse are so down to earth but really are effective at pushing me to perform my best every time I walk in the room. Plus, for the first time EVER I am actually so excited to workout every day.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the feeling of accomplishment I get after a work out at OT. Your instructors tell me what to do and I do it. They encourage me to push myself and I love that they correct me when I am doing something wrong. I would never work out this hard on my own. I also do not feel any sort of judgement by others working out around me. Everyone is concentrating on their own work out. The facility is kept nice and up to date with the monitors on every treadmill. I like being able to see what zone I am in while on the treadmill, and can up my game if I need to.The showers are kept nice and clean. I have been a non stop premier member for almost two years now. I never dreamed I would like it so much when I signed up to get ready for my daughter's upcoming wedding.

What do you like about our workout?

It gives me major runners high. I am working out hard because I receive immediate feedback based on my heart rate zone on the screen and I know when I need to push it or take it down a notch. The workouts are already tailored to help us stay in the zone but we feel the accomplishment of working hard in each area of the workout. I also love how it’s split into three parts so it keeps things moving and your mind engaged and body on its toes. Everything about this workout program pushes you to do better while keeping you self motivated and positive the whole way!

I love the orem location, the instructors are enthusiastic and motivating, the space is clean, the workouts seem harder than other locations (not sure how this is possible).

I have been to 2 other locations and they are not nearly as good.

I love everything about Orangetheory! The studios are clean, the staff know your name, and the workouts are incredible! The coaches go above and beyond getting to know you and help you be the best you can be! I always leave feeling good and pumped for my next class!
