Clients/Member Testimonials
We love OT! Great gym, trainers and atmosphere.
Our instructor Kelsey was awesome. I would take her class every time!
No workouts are the same. Time flies and it doesn't feel like a workout.
Good coaches who help me with my form and keep me motivated
Great intensity! Great variety! Motivating instructor.
First of all, the staff are always friendly when you get there. The coaches are amazing and they take each members needs into account. I recently had a herniated disc and they work with me so I could continue to work out until I had my surgery. I just started back after three months postop and they continue to be supportive and make sure my form is correct.
Also, the energy there is incredible and it feels like family. I am always referring people there and love my Orangetheory Lexington Family.
I want to specifically shout out Tessa Adcox who is an incredible asset there and has I great knowledge as a personal trainer and coach. Plus she always has a smile and makes others feel comfortable!
And Joy Miller has also been amazing there since there since the beginning or at least as long as I can remember. She is an incredible leader, motivator and love she is also now coaching. I know I have not named everyone that stuff there is truly amazing.
The encouragement, different stations, seems to work my entire Body
Love the trainers and the workouts!
Mt P staff best
The staff are always so friendly. The workouts are really good and the music is always pumping!!!
It’s the one hour of my day where I get to work out for me! I work at another fitness facility and am always helping others. Orangetheory has been an amazing way to take care of myself and have a great workout. 7 years later and I’m still loving it
Honestly, the gym I usually go to after work is always so crowded it’s frustrating trying to plan a workout and then arrive and discover half the equipment I want to use is occupied. I love having an assigned station number to work out at Orange Theory. When I’m tired after work, waiting for gym equipment to free up just feels like it zaps all the motivation out of me… So I’m a huge fan of my assigned station space!
It is always different
I like the mix of cardio and muscle building ... before I joined OT I was a long distance runner and my muscles were "lopsided". Doing OT I've built a lot of strength in muscles other than just those used for running. I have a desk job but I recently saw a massage therapist who commented that I must not have a desk job because my upper body is not tense ... that's due to the upper body strength I've built at OT which enables me to maintain proper posture. Further, I'm strong and able to lift and carry things that I was not able to before. I also like that someone else is planning the workout for me. When I was a long distance runner, I used to design my own training plans, and that was fun, but at this point in my life, I just don't have the mental space for that. Going to OT, I don't have to plan what I'm going to do, I just have to listen to the coach and look at the monitors. OT is also really effective. One hour, 4-5 days a week, and I've seen gains in my fitness, strength, and muscle tone that I wasn't seeing during my 15 years as a long distance runner. I'm a "mid-pace" runner (I've run 13 half marathons with times between 2:07 and 2:55), so OT is also efficient. I can complete a workout in one hour, whereas a long run would take me longer. I also travel a lot for work, and I LOVE that I can hit classes at other studios. It's particularly convenient since when I'm traveling for work, the only time I have to exercise is in the early morning, often before the sun rises. I feel more comfortable working out in a studio at that time than trying to find my way around a city in the dark during a run (I've gotten lost more than once in the early morning in cities that are foreign to me). Finally, I like the community. We are lucky to have exceptionally great coaches and staff at OTF Clemson.
Loved it
Best group workout
I love the atmosphere, you get cardio as well as weight lifting. This is everything I was looking for in a gym.
The fact that I can always get a space and the variety in the work out
Good routines, excellent customer service
I liked the atmosphere, the way the work out was set up, how they modify it if you needed it and how you can work out at your own pace without feeling pressured
The I intensity can be changed according to my needs
Everything! The trainers, the workouts, the use of technology!
One on one instructor/classes
Nice people
Clean areas
Nothing beats OTF or the Summerville team!
I love the atmosphere, the coaches, the community. I enjoy coming to workout!
The exercises are already picked out for the class. I don’t have to worry about what I’m going to do when I get tot the gym. The coaches are very helpful and informative and let’s not forget the music!
Diversity. Each workout is different. Defers muscle memory.
Wonderful atmosphere! Great coaches!
Everyone is super nice and supportive! I love that the workouts are different every day, and there are many class times to choose from. Such a great place to get an amazing workout!
I’ve been a member for 2 weeks now and I’m really pleased about my decision to join. The workouts are varied but they push me harder than I push myself , and the coaches are engaged and make sure that everyone is doing the routine correctly and are physically ok. This is not a gym for those who want to replicate Arnold Schwarzenegger and push massive quantities of iron- but I would strongly recommend this for those like me who are interested in toning up, increasing aerobic capacity and burning calories.
How smart and effective it is
