The variety, the structure, and the coaches.
I love how intentional the workouts are. Why? Because I can feel them working all over my body in just one week. Orange theory was the missing piece I needed to kick off an enjoyable fitness journey. Everyone on the team is great!! Every class I have been to so far has been nothing but contagious energy! The coaches knows how to push you and allow you to be great at your own level, they will correct your form, and by the time the class is over, you’ve tapped into a power you may not realized you have! My muscles are sore but overall I feel amazing! Looking forward to see my progress over time. Shout out to Coach Krissy and Riquelle at Forest Acres and Aaron Downtown! 10/10 Highly Recommend!!
The workouts are fun and I love how they are different each time I go. It’s expensive but well worth the money.
As a certified holistic health coach I can say that Your workout approach based on a variation of intervals is a game changer for anyone looking either to loose weight or to improve their fitness of any sport!

Staff and coaches are wonderful, workouts are balanced in working all body, and I like that machines are assigned which takes stress of first come first serve.

I have only been once, but so far it is all good.
I am pushed well beyond my comfort zone, yet without a whole bunch of negativity. The coaches are personable, positive, organized and effective. I am extremely satisfied with Orange Theory - Greer and believe that I get my money’s worth and more. My BP, and my resting heart rate have both improved significantly since I started with OT. Two thumbs up!

Structured and easy but effective
One focused hour; e.g., coached and monitored so no distractions or sidetracking so that I’m not there longer than planned for a workout. I know what I’m going to get, programs that will benefit me.
I love that the workouts are part treadmill, row, and weights. I can focus on myself and not feel like I have to keep up with my classmates.
