Excellent workout for people like me that require structure. Coaches are motivating and professional. They consistently correct me to ensure I get a thorough workout with minimal wasted activity. I like monitoring my workouts to challenge myself to run further, increase my steps, and splats. This gym provides me with the tools and resources for me to accomplish my goals.

The full one hour push, the adrenaline pump, I know when I'm finished I "worked out".. I'm older than 99% of everyone in the building but I don't feel bad or uncomfortable. I like the various time slots, coaches are great! I love knowing after each class how many calories I just burned, I love the immediate feed back. Kathy B.

The variety. Enthusiasm. Challenging workout. As a trainer I just want to peace out and be told what to do for once without managing others’ form or designing my own workout. It’s such a nice break!
