I love OrangeTheory Forest Acres. I have been a member since July 2017. I enjoy the workouts because they are always different and I really like that. The coaches and staff are great as well. I have met alot of really nice people over the last 6 years that I've been a member.
The workouts are consistently challenging and varied. The combination of cardio and strength training ensures I get ample amounts of both, and the OT color scheme helps me understand when I am in the proper zone. Splat points are difficult to achieve (the benchmark measure of OT) so you can never coast through a workout. The trainers are very well trained and admirably enthusiastic for a role which requires effectively the same job over and over in a given day. I am motivated by an environment where I work out alongside others, even if my only competition is with myself. OT Aiken does a great job with social media, team and client recognition, and injecting sometimes unexpected fun into otherwise routine workouts. I have seen enough new staff members (admin and training) to know something works very well with this location's hiring and retention strategies. Finally, the Aiken facility is clean and organized, from the lobby to the restrooms to the equipment itself. Complete satisfied with my monthly 8-session subscription.
I love the music, the encouragement from coaches, the community of fellow OTF goers, and that someone else has done all the work for me (of creating a workout and walking me through each step of it)!
Other than the workouts itself being great, every single coach has a wonderful attitude and is always willing to go above and beyond
I really appreciate the structure, coaching, and whole-body approach.
I love the coaches- I’ve been going 5 years now and still I learn something all the time from them on correct form for rowing or how to hold my shoulders for a deadlift. They are so encouraging it makes me want to go back again and again. All staff and members at the Hilton Head gym are the kindest people on the island!

The results! Within two weeks I started to see results, I felt stronger and was so surprised of what I was actually capable of!
It is efficient, and designed for you to improve/reach your fitness goals. I like that you can track your progress through benchmarks, and that the coaches push you to achieve your goals, but also respect your personal decisions to take it easy some days.
The instructors are very motivating! I like the type of workout too! You get a variety but it’s not overwhelming with too much to learn!

It’s a guided workout that allows to work out at your personal level of fitness.
Each coach has a style that motivates and some inspire during the workouts. I need and embrace the variety in the workouts, even when I don't particularly 'like' them :) It's been important for me to have coaches with a good sense of humor along with their skills/talents. I also appreciate the other members and their support. Most of all, the individual accountability that is central to the OTF philosophy has made this the most successful 'gym' experience I've ever had.

Every day is a little different. Coaches know us and know how to motivate throughout the workout. They can tell when we are in our heads and when to tell us to push through. All over workout in 60 minutes is perfect for my lifestyle and I continue to be challenged each day after 5 years.

It’s intense and makes you feel tired but you know it’s working in your body you can feel it.
Workouts are great! My only complaint would be the decibel level of some music. Sometimes my apple watch notifies me that the music is loud and could cause hearing damages.

Coaches and staff are all awesome!
There are three things that stand out to me: 1) Cutting the exercise up into short intervals makes the time go by quickly and it feels less daunting, 2) I love that you can push yourself within your own comfort level instead of the expectation of "keeping up, and 3) At the NE Cola location the staff seems invested in its audience. They know the members, and I love that personal touch.
How quickly it seems like the hour goes by. I also
like being allowed to get back into shape at my own pace. Loving it so far.
Love my OTF workouts! I work harder than when solo and I love the energy from the class as a whole! And the trainers are simply the best!
