I Love OTF!
I do have 2 small complaints: I wish there were more Strength 50 classes offered in the afternoons or later on the weekend (bring back the 12:30 class???). The way they are now, I can't ever attend them.
Also sometimes the music is SUPER graphic (not talking about the explicit classes-fair warning there). I totally get that hip hop/workout music is that way sometimes, but there's some pretty racy content sometimes. Thinking ahead to a year from now when I'd love to have my daughter join, I would feel really uncomfortable if she were running on a tread listening to songs that are objectifying of and demeaning toward women.
That said- I love this gym, everyone that works there is so friendly and accommodating! Coaches are all awesome! Going to OTF is literally the best part of my day. I always leave feeling strong and energized! Thank you MTP OTF!

I like the structure of the classes and how it pushes you to work out to your maximum within your bounds. It's fun, the coaches are energetic, and I feel like it helps me work towards my fitness goals in a productive manner.

The workouts motivate me. The coaches and my fellow OTFers get me excited about working hard and trying new things, and the monitor encourages me not to slack off. Because I can tailor the activity to my ability level, I can get a great workout without getting hurt--at my age, that's very important.

I love being able to show up and not think about what I need to do for the day! Coaches are great, motivational, and are always so helpful with form improvements, tips, etc. I love the community aspect too! Shoutout to Coaches Vassar, Toni, and Natasha, in addition to the studio staff (Kelsey and Sarah especially!) at the Downtown Greenville SC location!
