Coaches, music, variety, challenges
Challenging, motivating and competitive. The coaches and staff encourage you to challenge yourself to get and stay fit.
The instructors make it fun, and they show that they are passionate about what they do.

Love the lights down low, great workout, love to see how many calories I burned and splat points! But most of all the loud great music! Loved being pushed beyond what I think I can do! Carve me a hottie body!
The variety.
There are a LOT of days that I am driving to Orange Theory, and I am dreading the thought of the workout. But, I trudge on in anyway and, without fail, at the end of the hour, I leave OT and I feel FABULOUS, and I tell myself how happy I am that I did it. It feels great to get a good sweat going and have my endorphins kick in.
I also love all of the coaches. They are patient and helpful, and they are always understanding if I have limitations. Our studio manager, Krissy, is the bomb! She really knows her stuff, and she is great at showing us the CORRECT way to do things.
The other thing I love about OT is the Heart Rate monitors and the fact that I am able to see my heartrate on the screen during the workout. It motivates me to push myself harder to get up into the orange zone.
I can just show up and not think about my workout!
I’ve had the greatest of experiences at OTF-Forest Acres.
All coaches are full of energy and super helpful when it comes to correcting exercise forms. I have never stuck to a gym, so the fact that I’ve been able to complete over 70 classes in a 5 month span speaks volumes! Highly recommend!!
I love EVERYTHING about Orangetheory. 1) The friendly welcome by the staff 2) Circuit Style which includes both cardio and weights 3) Trainers give excellent “heads up” commands coupled with excitement 4) I’ve worked out at so many fitness centers; however, I burnt the MOST calories per workout at Orangetheory
5) Hype music really gets me out of my head space and more into my workout 6) there’s always something going on from the socials, challenges, etc 7) the trainers are amazing

It’s not boring
It’s fun and motivating. And I love that it’s different every time I come in!
I dropped in for two classes in early Dec. during a work trip. Coach Courtney was energetic and actively engaged. Great staff and great studio!

Coaches. It’s all about the coaches. And OTF has the best. So if motivation is important (and motivation is ALWAYS important), ya gotta love OTF. I tried a different gym (I’m looking at you Mark), but realized it’s the coaching at OTF that sets it apart.

I love the way I can just show up and the coaches make all the decisions -- even down to the music. I know I'll get a great workout and I don't have to put any thought into it. I also love the way I feel after exercising here. I feel proud of myself. I feel like I pushed myself. I feel energized and ready to take on the rest of the day. Working out strenuously several times a week also makes me a calmer person. It's great for my physical and mental health.
