OTF has been the only sports fitness club I have been able to stay consistent with. I'll be 65 this Oct and was a competitive marathon runner when I was younger; I've always considered maintaining a certain level of physical fitness important. Since joining OTF 4 years ago this November, I'm approaching 600 classes and work out every other day. When traveling in the US, I can always find an OTF to maintain my consistency. Benchmarks days are a great way to evaluate how you stack up, not only within your age class, but across all ages! For me, OTF is my secret weapon for fighting off "getting old." It works!

The workouts are balanced, intense and results-oriented, and the instructors are extremely well trained and conscious of each person’s fitness level thereby allowing each to train at their own level.
I think Anthony is by far one of the best coaches in the area. He is one of the main reasons I really enjoy attending Orangetheory classes.

It goes by quickly with all the station transitions. Do a little bit of everything. Can work as hard as you want but can also modify as needed.

Workouts have improved over the past year or so, But with the continuing increase of Male members I have experienced a shortage of heavier weights during heavy weight days!
I didn't have to memorize any routines or look up what exercises I should be doing. The entire workout was laid out for me, and the coach was the help I knew I needed. I was pushed to my limits and I know I wouldn't have gotten there if I was on my own. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness and weight-loss journey!

The coaches are so helpful with me . I have difficulty doing certain floor exercises and they give me things I can do. Everyone is friendly and it’s a fun place to workout!
