The staff at New Haven’s location are all fantastic. The workouts are challenging, fun, and have great playlists (especially Heidi, Zach and Cellus’ classes). I always leave feeling energized and looking forward to coming back for the next workout.
Different fun- dynamic
I love the structure and as a busy mom of 2 being able to be in and out in an hour is great!
I like that the classes vary from day to day and it is a full body workout. It tackles both cardiovascular and strength training. Although I wish there would be a great emphasis on strength training. The 3G classes sometimes do not allow for that.
I was visiting the Shelton area and had two incredible workouts. Both of the coaches were very enthusiastic and encouraging and the staff was awesome.

It's the perfect combination or cardio and strength combined with incredible instructors who motivate you every step of the way and also keep an eye out for your personal goals and achievements.

The coaches, the plans to work out and the variety of row, tread and floor exercises. Love that my heart monitor takes care of my body's reaction to my workout and I no longer have to check my pulse. A solid workout that leaves me feeling my best.
I like the ease of knowing that the coaches are there to guide us and encourage us to better ourselves. I like that no two workouts are ever quite the same and I especially like the group of members that attend; everyone is friendly and nit at all intimidating!
The workout is hard, and I have very good awareness of how hard I’M working, as well as reasonable goals. I can see improvement with every class I take- and the classes fly by. There is nothing boring about this workout. We keep moving the whole time and right when I feel like I’ve had enough it’s over. No more dawdling at the gym trying to figure out what to do next or leaving because I’m thinking about errands I have to run. When I show up for class, my mind is on finishing my reps or making it through my next push. Im keeping myself accountable by attending classes- which is achievable because of how often they’re offered throughout the week so I can always fit it in my schedule.
The bottom line? It’s FUN!
The only fitness regimen that is going to work is the one that YOU STICK TO. Orange Theory Ridgefield makes you want to work out and keep coming back for more!

This might be the first time in my life that I've been working out so regularly. I've been going for almost 1.5 years now.
I love all of the coaches and their different approaches/music. It keeps things interesting enough to come back over and over again! I love that the coaches push me to make progress, but not so hard that I get injured.
I definitely recommend Orangetheory to anyone who is scared to start group fitness like I was because they made it really easy.
I never went to gym until age 40, started OTF last year , loving it so far . Coaches are awesome .
It’s FANTASTIC! What a lot to pack in 45 mins. It’s over before you know it & I have that fantastic feeling all day long!!!
What I like about the Orange Theory workout is that it is led by a coach, it is a hight intensity interval training.
