I love how every workout is different and engaging. The coaches at the Stamford, CT location make it fun, challenging and with their support anything is possible. The workouts vary and gives you the freedom to put what you want out of it. I love that when I’m tired I can walk on an incline instead of running and when I want to get more out of it I can. I simply love the thrill of each workout and it’s MUSIC! Orange theory has been a life changing place for me.
The fact that it’s always different and challenging. I love the loud, good music and encouragement from coaches.
I don’t have to think of my own exercises — everything is told to me to do. Energy is great. The louder the music the better the tempo of the class. Also, I visit a lot of studios and love the fact that they all do the same workout every day.
One thing that I am not particularly fond of is how some coaches often emphasize when people get their 12 splats. I always get 12 but I think reaching 12 splats is a somewhat misleading goal.
Love the challenge in every class and the instructors and entire staff are awesome!!
I love everything about OTF. Knowing exactly how long each block is helps me prepare mentally and push myself through each section. It keeps me focused on the task at hand, not worrying about the next thing or when it might happen. It’s an hour that gets everything packed in efficiently. I also do t have to think. OTF has done all the planning for me to have a complete full body workout.
I love the metrics and tracking. I personally don’t understand why some folks don’t wear a monitor, because I love seeing the output for my own goals. I am obsessed with improving my performance.
I also love the feedback during the workout from the coaches, the positive reinforcement and the corrections. And the vibe of the studio is so positive. It starts with the front desk team and the coaches always being so positive and welcoming. I really feel like I am competing only with myself.
I like that the workouts are different every day, we can pace ourselves, variety of times the classes takes place and energetic coaches.

Workouts are varied and incorporate the different muscle groups, so that with consistency you are getting a total body workout that increases strength, endurance and stability, in combination with quality cardio time. It's very obvious a lot of thought & science goes into the templates, as a member, you just show up and put in the work!
Every workout is different so it never gets boring! Each day challenges me. The coaches at Glastonbury are encouraging and motivating!

The coaches are very motivating and they ensure you're using the proper form during resistance training. They are upbeat have the best playlists that get you moving, i.e., Heidi, Adam, Kiana, Liz...

Love the workouts, the coaches are great! Enjoy not having to think about what I have to do as the workouts are planned and always start on time.
I like everything about the OT workout. From the moment you walk into the studio you can feel the energy. The people at the front desk are friendly and welcoming and get you in the right mood before your workout even starts.
The workout itself is fantastic. They are always varied so you don’t get into a rut and are never bored. If you want to work hard go for it. If you just want to move a little bit and not push, that’s all right too. If you need some motivation to get going that day, just listen to the instructors. They are fantastic at providing you with the instruction, energy and enthusiasm that you need to make your workout great.
One of the keys to a long healthy life is to keep moving and OT checks that box big time. Young or old, in shape or not, you can do this workout. If you are looking for a way to get the exercise you need, give OT a try.
I like the coaching throughout. It’s very motivating.
Although the same format you never know quite what you are walking into. It’s never really the same! I love that if I hate something I know that’ll be over soon enough and just get through it! And finally I love the strength and transformation I have seen since joining OTF!!
It allows me to do cardio, strength and some balance. Coaches are great and encourage clients to reach for the stars. The members become a family and support each other. Never thought sweating could be somewhat fun! Recommended it all the time.
