I LOVE that you can workout at all abilities and strengths and not feel like you need to keep up with the person next to you. I was never very athletic and OTF was my first experience in a gym. The coaches are encouraging and motivating. My hour workout at OTF helps both me physically and mentally. I have made so much progress since joining. Additionally, the SAs and studio manager are so welcoming and helpful.
It’s energising and fun. I like that there is music. I hope they’ll play pop hits from the ‘80s sometime!
I love the variety - switching up the exercises.
I wish there were more of a warm up at the beginning of class. I’ve had shoulder problems, including a rotator cuff strain that I got at another gym when a personal trainer had me lift ropes over my head without warming up my shoulders first. I didn’t speak up, and paid the price. The next morning I woke up with one of my arms feeling heavy like lead and I couldn’t lift it. Months of PT followed. Now I’m more cautious.
FUN, completely adaptable for all physical limitations and the crew is so welcoming.

Amazing coaches in Alex, Anthony, Ryan and Steph. Not only are they motivating, they also are willing to help with your form, any needed modifications, and goals. Schedules are solid. I’d prefer going back to a 2G format on Sunday mornings.

I enjoy the structure and constant movement in the classes. I enjoy the heart rate monitor to know exactly where I'm at in my workout and if I need to push myself more (or less). I look forward to going to classes!
