I joined OT four months ago and I absolutely love it!! I have been going there twice a week and after every class I feel fantastic! There is a great mix of weight lifting and cardio in each workout, which is exactly what I was looking for. I love wearing the heart rate monitor and seeing all the info; without it, the workout would just not be the same. Everyone from the front desk to coaches are super nice an helpful! I am not sure about any other OT locations, but the one in Darien is always super clean! Also, even when the class is completely full it never feels crowded or stuffy at all like in some other gyms.

I don't have to think about it, great coaches, and classes. I do think each class needs to focus on total body workouts
I like the mix of cardio and strength training and that it is constantly guided and monitored by an attentive and knowledgeable Coach.
Always such great classes, and I really like all the instructors and friendly energy at the studio. I recommend it to people all the time.

The structure of the classes, the variety of exercises, the motivation of the coaches, the breakdown and summary of each member’s progress- these features combine to create a results oriented workout as well as a unique environment and feeling of community.

I’m not a huge fitness person but I know it’s important for my health. I think the classes are as hard as you make them but you don’t feel pressured. For example, I can use a 10lb weight and the person next to me is using 25lb. It’s whatever you’re comfortable with. All of the coaches are encouraging and motivating! I love the music and the Stamford West Side location is always so clean and has newer equipment!
It’s an hour to push your body and not think about what to do. The classes are upbeat with great music and a challenging workout. I leave excited to get back in the studio the next day!
I thought the coach(maria?) on Wednseday evening was fantastic. Very interactive with the group and super helpful.
I like the fact that the workouts vary each time and the signature workouts that are offered. They are challenging and motive me to continue to increase my goals upon completion. I also enjoy the coaches as they are very motivating during each of the workouts.
Coaches, music, workout
Knowledgeable and supportive instructors, different and effective workouts each day, and great people of all ages and levels. Real results!!! I’ve worked out all my life and OTF is the best of the best!!

OTF workouts are always challenging, with great playlists to get lost in, and quality coaches that are always your biggest cheerleaders. You’re consistently greeted with a smile, and celebrated for showing up.
The instructors are great and are motivating. Also, they pick great music too!
