Coaches and the workout variety
Love that it’s coach led and never the same workout twice! I have been a member for the past two years. I notice improvement in my strength and endurance. The goals I set for myself but are always supported by the coaches and the people sweating with me! I love Orangetheory and the people that I workout with!

The coaches! Great to go into a workout and know they will kindly direct you to be your best! I can tell the difference in my endurance and strength. Plus, the accountability of being able to schedule the time on my calendar has been a game changer for me and exercise.
I like that I can adjust it for my fitness level and injury. I like the encouragement from the coach. I like that I never know what I am going to walk into as far as the structure of the treadmill portion and the weights portion. It is a new challenge every time.

I love the energy from the coaches, the music & the way no 2 workouts are ever the same! The workouts are challenging & the experienced coaches are always willing to give me an alternate exercise if I can’t do what’s in the program. I’ve been a member since 2018 and still love coming!
