OTF Hamden is such a friendly and welcoming environment and it's clear that the coaches really care about each client. Coach Taylor and Coach Jon are the two I know best and they are fabulous instructors. I love that they always push me to my highest potential and are so helpful when it comes to proper form and modifications.

I like that it changes daily and coaches are there to guide. Coaches will help if you can’t do a particular exercise, and cheer you on. Staff is very friendly and encouraging!
I was an Equinox member for +20yrs. When I discovered Orange Theory, I was over the moon. In 1 hour, you get it all…cardio, weights & strength. The energy is palpable. It is a no judge zone. The coaches are all wonderful & encouraging. Coach T is so knowledgeable & is great about correcting your form & offering alternative moves for the injured. The entire staff is the BEST!
I compete against myself.
Itmixes things up with short goals that I can tailor for myself -and I am not bored.
I like that I can see real-time heart monitor so I can cool off if my heart is too high- further tailoring the workout to suit my needs.
Adrian, Mo & Ralph I know the most, but love the blonde haired girl in ffld as well! I love the circuit. I love how it’s always a little different. I love the music. I love that it is dark. I love knowing when the teacher counts down hope much longer!!!
Great workout and coach
It is always challenging and I don’t have to think about the details. I just show up, trust the process and reap the rewards.
I’ve never gotten the same workout twice in the 5+ years I’ve been a member! The highly skilled coaches are very helpful & motivating & the music is fun too!

Guidance and coaching but I can go at my own pace and the coaches are always available and helpful but not all over me if I don’t want or need it
