Orangetheory has helped me push past limits I never thought I could reach before. The coaches keep me engaged and excited about cardio, which I never thought would be possible! I feel stronger, my mental health is better, and I actually get excited for my workouts.

It’s challenging but worth every minute
There are so many things that I love about OTF.
1. The variety of exercises means it never gets boring so I don’t want to quit.
2. Coaches Brittany D and Mel - who keep it fun and energetic and who are helpful in answering questions and guiding me along - especially when I was just starting out. Coach Jenny for making me feel welcome and checking in with me all throughout my first class to make sure I was okay.
3. The front desk staff - Avalon and Will - who are always happy and greet me with a smile.
4. The music is great!
5. The energy in the room from the other people is contagious.
6. How good I feel when it’s done - though I’m never looking at the clock to see when class will be over because the time goes by so fast because I’m having fun!
I love that every day is different and it’s a complete body workout. I don’t have to think— the coach just tells me what to do and when to do it! OTF is the best!

OTF Clarksburg has a wonderful sense of community and coaching culture. Coaches make a huge effort to remember not only your name but also your goals and your unique limitations if you have any. Same with the admin. I occasionally go to other studios but always feels like going home when I walk through the door at Clarksburg!
I like how OT challenges me and how workouts are changed up. I do wish here were more 3G offerings (30 minutes on the tread is too much). I think for the most part the coaches are pretty good-some are better than others. I think the cost may become prohibitive at some point...but overall I love the workouts and the structure.
I like to be told what to do when it comes to working out. I do not do the treadmill voluntarily. I am still getting used to the commands...I would recommend a longer trial period because maybe that might be a deterrent to some.
I like that i have to be there and the structure of the workout. I also like to see how many calories I burn each time.
Everything!!! From the treadmill, rower and floor exercise. There’s not a single thing that I don’t like about the workout

Efficient. Friendly. Clean facility with nice set up. Helpful and friendly front seat staff and manager. Good music. Change the routine each class. Different challenges.
I absolutely love OTF in Gambrills!! As someone who has always struggled to keep a routine, this is the first program that has kept me consistent and optimistic.
I have taken classes with Ashley, AJ, and Zach, and they've all been phenomenal. I was nervous to take my 1st class ever, but Ashley's positivity and energy made me feel so comfortable. Head coach, AJ, has fantastic attention to detail. During my 2nd class, he made sure to touch base with me regarding an orthopedic restriction, all while keeping track of the 30 other people working out - exceptional!! I was hesitant to branch out into classes outside of those two because there's no way all the coaches could be that great, right? Wrong! Zach was wonderful and kept the energy up even during a super small Friday 3:15 class.
The convenience of getting to show up, and not have to plan ANYTHING makes OTF worth every single penny. I upgraded my membership to 8 classes/month to unlimited after the first two months. 2-3 days away and I genuinely miss it. The tracking of your heart rate and 'splat points' makes the workout particularly satisfying.
The culture among the members is great. It is not competitive in the slightest. Everyone gets their own little zone to just do their thing and get better. All the accommodations and exercise variations make this a perfect place for every level of fitness. Even if I have lower energy on a certain day, it's comforting to know I can take the workout at my pace and make changes as needed. The same goes for higher energy days - there are always options to kick it up a notch. The coaches are focused on you being safe and effective, which creates a wonderful and healthy space to exercise.
When I had a question regarding my billing/membership, everyone at the front desk was super helpful in getting me the right information, or getting me in touch with someone who could answer my questions.
I could not recommend this place more. I am bringing my friend to class on Wednesday so hopefully I'll have a buddy soon. I am so grateful I took the jump and tried this out!! Thank you OTF Gambrills team!

This is a great overall workout. Tread, rower, weights, what could be more complete than that?! And the Coach’s are the best out there! Motivating, kind and knowledgeable. And let’s not forget the front desk staff! They are so pleasant and helpful. The whole experience is fantastic!
The coaches are great and really engaging
I like that it is fast paced. I love the loud music. It’s very helpful for beginners to have the videos on the screens as well. 10/10.
The coaches are great. The workout is generally easy to follow and coaches help you. It’s a powerful quick workout.
They are the perfect balance between training duration, strength training and cardio training!
The workouts are challenging but easily adjustable, so no matter your level of fitness, you will likely be able to make it work for you. The other members of my gym are friendly and not overly competitive, and the coaches are incredibly supportive.
