Engagement
When the class is forming, the floor is filled first. There are literally people waiting outside to get tread and rower spots because they are less likely to get their splat points if they start on the floor. I have found this to be consistently true for me, maybe because of the extra time for warm up on the treadmill or rower - I'm not sure. Either way, there was a group waiting outside on Friday when class started and they told us to come in. I understand the need for the format getting people in the door, but perhaps treads should be filled first, then rowers and finally floor to reward the people who show up on time for class and so that we can all get the workout that we are paying for. When we used the card system (pre-Covid I realize), the treads were always the first to go and the floor was last. This is about giving your members the workout they want.
It feels like you have your very own personal trainer.
The staff are so friendly and helpful! I feel safe coming back into the studio knowing they sanitize and clean everything each time. I’m so happy to be back!
I am so happy to be back at Orange Theory after one year of quarantine. I especially love the new 45 minute strength training class. It is easier for me to alternate cardio classes with the strength training!

Always challenging if you push yourself
I like that the blocks move quickly and you get a bit of everything in each workout. Coaches are high energy and motivating. I also really like the periodic challenges and special workouts that are creative and fun.
Heather is an awesome and encouraging fitness trainer! Love the workout routine, the very clean gym and their attention to safety/Covid precautions. The 1 hr workout leaves me feeling really good, and ready to start my day. Thank you Heather and OT!
Structured, efficient, motivating
I like the structured classes, the motivation of the coaches, and the ever changing workouts that facilitate the positive development of all muscle groups.

I do wish the instructors would do a better job reminding people to properly (over the nose) wear their mask from time to time. Nina does a great job with this! Love her.
I love the diversity behind the workout and how you really have no idea what you're gonna be doing till you get there! It always keeps me guessing and makes sure that I am never bored of doing the same workout over and over again!
I do not have to think about planning a workout. I just go and do it. Planning was probably the biggest factor in preventing me from working out more often.
The app. I love scheduling my workout. I’ve never been so consistent until I joined otf. I’ve been going regularly for almost 2 years now except when they had to close due to COVID. I never stuck with any fitness regimen before. I love the variety of workouts and all the different challenges.
The workouts are different everyday. The coaches are great motivators, the gym is always clean and sanitized well.
(1) I am both encouraged by and pushed by the coaches, who are ALWAYS supportive and friendly.
(2) No two workouts are the same, or so it seems. I get bored easily with working out, but OTF continues to provide variety.
(3) The app is extremely easy to use to schedule workouts. I appreciate the flexibility of changing or canceling sessions (in a reasonable time frame).
(4) I work harder than I ever would on my own, even if I have the best of intentions (which I do).
(5) While I'm not specifically friends with anyone else who is working out, the camaraderie of "we're all in this together" provides a nice supportive atmosphere.
