I love Michele and Jackie! The studio is always clean and Peyton and his staff are always helpful when I have questions. The monthly benchmarks and other milestones are awesome ways to stay motivated with my exercise journey. I love that the workouts are different each day which keeps things fresh and fun. Thank you for creating a judgment free workout environment.
It’s a complete cardio and strength training workout. The coaches are so good about coming up with exercise modifications, if needed and they are also very good in helping members have proper form when working out on the floor.
