There’s always a different workout with varying moves and routines. The Strength 50 has great workouts with good instruction . The coaches are helpful and positive , always ready to assist or tweak your form if needed .
I like the structure of the classes. I have a constantly changing schedule so it’s nice to be able to go to the same class template any time during the day. The staff is also super friendly. They encourage you to to better yourself either going faster or picking up a bigger weight.

The instructor realizing I was new spent a little extra time making sure I did the exercises correctly and I was not trying to figure it out on my own.
One of the best workouts around lead by some of the best coaches around. The studio feels inclusive and non threatening which can be a huge deterrence for new members or people trying out the workout but the staff makes sure that everyone feels welcomed.
I love the variety of the workouts and the pushing from the coaches. I love being able to see my stats as I exercise.
I mainly love the sense of community that Maral, the manager at the location I go to, has created. She is seriously AMAZING!!!

The staff and coaches are very into seeing you succeed , doesn’t require you to do anything that will hurt you and about 25 minutes of harder cardio for heart health in every class !

Pushes you to do more and the more you do the better the result. The instructions and how the coaches are focus on everyone...for me that is very important because I can not hold myself accountable the way I need to so this is amazing.
Best one hour workout! This isn't my home studio but the team here treats me like I'm one of their original members. They are all very welcoming and helpful. The coaches here push you during the sessions and offer modifications/alternate exercises, all while coaching you on form and muscle engagement.
OrangeTheory is the best one hour of my day! I just have to show up and take cues from the instructor. It's a great and challenging mix of cardio and strength training with lots of options to modify, if/as needed. I'm a premier member so I can go as many times during the month as I'd like. It helps keep me consistent with my health and fitness goals.
Friendly atmosphere
I absolutely love this club! They are so warm and welcoming and given me a place that feels like a second home after our military move. The coaches are amazing, the people that attend class are so wonderful, and I love being part of this community!
I’ve never had the same workout twice and it’s always fun, the music is great, and so are the coaches.
I can come in, not think about anything except the block instructions and focus on just my workout. The music / atmosphere is also great.

Coach Shanon was amazing she made me feel like I was at my home studio and not a guest. She was very supportive and ready to help.
