I like all the coaches at this location. They have their different styles and way of coaching the class. They also take time to personally guide someone if they are having a difficult time.

The workouts challenge me. The coaches advise me on my form and techniques. The music and equipment are great. Because of the workouts, I’ve improved my cardio stamina and strength during floor work.
the structure and variety within the 3 stations
I like that it is an hour and that it’s guided by a coach. I also like the mix of cardio and weights. I do like the class choices (varying times) as well.
Everything. I like the rotating from machines to floor. I like the people. I like the motivation from coaches. I like the different floor exercises. I like availability of classes. I’m a senior citizen and I asked google if it was a good program for older adults, and google said yes!!! I’m in a facebook group of older people in otf. The stories are amazing! We all do what we can —- and we feel so much better!!!

Orangetheory is a game-changer for me! Each workout is original and challenges me to reach new goals to strengthen my entire body! Orangetheory is for everyone! I feel the program works for me. I've been doing OT since 2019 and it's become my lifestyle. What I like most about OTF is that the workouts are rigorous, but you still can do it at your own pace. I have days when I can put in 100% effort and days when 75% effort will do, so this is great. I also like the staff and how I'm treated there. I feel valued as a member. The place is always clean. The coaches are all friendly, experienced and full of energy. Absolute 10!
Different each time, never gets easy, and the staff are amazing.
I've never liked going to the gym, it was always such a chore and I had to force myself to go. Since joining OTF, I actually get excited about working out because I love the atmosphere, the class content and the wonderful coaches. I've recommended OTF to everyone who's inquired about starting a workout routine, and I plan to continue going for as long as I can!

After trying multiple work out programs and gyms OTF is hands down the most effective work out I’ve done. I love that it’s always different and love the mix of Strength, endurance, and power. The accountability of pre-booking and having to attend classes as great as well. The challenges that are offered monthly and bench marks are great motivators for working harder, getting stronger etc.
