You have some good instructors
Only one hour
Cardio and weight bearing
Dedicated equipment
Heart rate monitoring
and Fabulous and Friendly instructors and staff!
I like that there's serious thought from experts put into the workouts for each class. It's not just a local instructor making up a routine, but a more focused strategy.
Team led yet individually focused.
stands out to me the most is the diverse and engaging nature of each class. These sessions incorporate cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises, providing a well-rounded workout experience. The high-intensity interval training (HIIT) format is incredibly effective for burning calories, improving fitness, and boosting metabolism, which I find very satisfying. Exercising in a group setting is a big plus as it fosters a sense of community and motivation. The use of heart rate monitors offers real-time feedback, and I appreciate being able to track my effort during the workout. The guidance and support from Orange Theory coaches are invaluable in helping me maintain proper form and stay motivated throughout the class. Regardless of your fitness level, the scalability of these workouts makes them accessible to all, and the commitment that comes with booking class times in advance keeps me on track with my fitness goals.
I like the coaches, administration, the people working out with me and most importantly the classes!
I love the coaches and the environment at Orange Theory! Everyone is so supportive!
The staff assistants are nice & helpful. The trainers are great. Zoe, Emily, and Guy are the best. They have high energy and help with correcting form. The other trainers have less energy, don’t correct much form, and over-explain interval countdowns too much which adds to confusion. I wish more strength 50 classes were offered in the afternoon. This studio has great morning options, but not a lot of evening on weekdays and no noon classes on weekends like other studios. I wish there were more classes offered at night on weekdays. I like that the studio is well decorated, clean, and organized. Overall, I enjoy this studio a lot, but prefer higher energy studios.
Perfect studio. Look forward to going every time.
Ciel is one of the best coaches !! I travel further from my home just to attend her classes !
I need the motivation, even though I am a seasoned personal trainer and do work out at home. Having different workouts each day, taught by these qualified, motivated trainers is just what I need.
I've just returned from a year or so "break" -- nice to be back. A huge shout out to Courtney, which is one of the main reasons I returned to OT, Bradlee. So many of the instructors I enjoyed had left -- one reason for my leaving. Glad to know that Courtney is still there.

I like how fast it moves. I like the coaches keeping an eye out on my form. It’s also nice when they cheer us on!
Lots of great energy. Coaches always prepared and enthusiastic.
It’s one of the larger OTF gyms and I like having the additional space. The coaches are all good and motivate you to try harder and reach your goal.
Great workout and good friendship
Variation
Structured, lot of classes, convenient, nice environment, challenges and coaches.
I like the location and also everyone from the front desk to the instructors care about your experience each time you step into the studio.
The circuit style workout and how each day it’s a little different.
Very nice coaches and staffs.
It’s a full body workout in one hour. The workouts are varied and fun! I like being able to workout with others but not feeling like I’m competing with anyone but myself. My coaches are amazing at making the workouts fun, easy to understand, and modifying when needed.
The entire team makes you feel like family
The structured workouts keeps me engaged and on track
Orange Theory is a great overall work out.
It is a whole body workout that helps to keep me k heart healthy and to keep my weight at an acceptable level.
Coaches , the tempo
The instructors at the Fairfax location are great! Recently the LIFT classes were changed to STRENGTH classes. I like the strength classes, but how they are scheduled is an issue for me. I finally got my schedule to where I can consistently attend Tuesday afternoon and Friday morning. The problem is Tuesday and Friday are ALWAYS lower strength classes and I have a bad knee. I wish Orangetheory would move around the strength classes for a wider variety so that Friday's or Tuesday's could change to be upper or total body strength every now and then. My goal is to make it at least 2 days a week, which I've been successful at achieving this year, until the lift classes changed. Now I have to skip a Tuesday or Friday to let me knees recover, resulting in only attending 1 class a week. That is my only critique which I hope to see change.
I like the workouts. A couple times classes I was going to go to were canceled. I am motivated by the coaches!
Love the classes
Friendly coaches, and staff, and constantly looking for ways to improve the experience such as adding strength 50 classes
