Having played team sports most of my life, working out on my own and making up my own workouts grew to be difficult and made it harder to really push myself. The group atmosphere and encouragement from both staff and fellow members had allowed me to increase the intensity of my workouts and have much more fun doing them!
The coaches help the workout feel challenging yet fun. Emma & Tiffany are Amazing!

Wonderful coaches and staff, clean gym and well maintained equipment. The class templates are great HIIT workouts across rowing, weighted and body-weight floor exercises and treads. Coaches motivate without calling anyone out, everyone can train at their personal comfort levels without feeling pressured.
The staff, the variety and the ability to see immediate feedback on the screens.

Love the location. Although I think the businesses need to request better awareness for the crosswalks. Although the bricks set them off they don’t scream stop so cars don’t stop. They need to lower the stop signs on either side of the bus metro entry because cars often miss them. Pedestrians have to be super careful when walking to class

Motivation of coaches
I was welcomed warmly. The workout, facility, and “why” was explained to me comprehensively. The workout was functional and easily differentiated based on ability. Loved it!

Before joining Orange Theory I did not workout. I was so scared to go because I'm so out of shape. But, I have to say I absolutely LOVE Ben, Shaun and Crystal. They have been so supportive and have helped me through every workout! They give me alternate exercises for the ones I can't do. Today was a 2000 meter row (my first one) and Ben encouraged me through the whole thing! The workouts are challenging, but very doable. I love how it's different every time so I don't know what to expect, I just show up and do it! Thanks to Ben, Shaun and Crystal for making this a great experience
