The best part of Orange Fitness is the coaches at Fairfax! They are all very caring and try to get to know everyone in their classes. In my opinion, they strike a good balance of knowing when to push you and setting achievable goals. In addition, I really like the technology of Orange Fitness. I helps me to know whether I need to push myself harder or ease up a little.
I love the music, the atmosphere, the group effort and the coaches that keep you motivated and moving.
I had a great workout at OTF Stafford on Tuesday. Coach Brooke was great, really positive, really engaged with everyone in the room, and ran an awesome template. The energy she brought to the class was phenomenal.
Intense enough to be effective, but time limited so that fitness isn’t my entire existence. Very friendly and super engaged coaches who remember your name and call out both good and bad form in a constructive manner. I find that very encouraging.
It feels like what a group class should be: just nice people just trying to get healthier. I like it.
I love the variety in the workouts, the fact that the coaches can support me in modifying the workout based on my physical limitations, and the fact that certain parts of the workout are controlled by me and my needs and abilities. OTF is exactly what I've always needed to be consistent and successful in my workout regimen - a class with a coach at set times during the day but the right mix of flexibility and challenge to allow me to find my pace and be successful.

I like that I have to push myself and achieve goals that I typically may not have thought I could achieve.

The variety
I love the camaraderie at Orangetheory fitness Fairfax! The coaches are phenomenal! The coaches and the studio manager do their best to make it a lot of fun to work out. I’ve been a member for six years and will continue to be a member as long as I can. I love Orangetheory fitness Fairfax.

It’s always something different and fun! The otf staff is makes every class fun, and push you in the right way.
I like the how each workout is different. I like the challenges (even though I don’t participate) because they switch the focus of the workouts from month to month - keeping things fresh. I also like being given a range that I can push or change depending on my body each day.
The workouts are quick, easy and target all the right areas and the peer pressure motivates you into doing better every time. Through the past 1 year i have gained stamina, muscle and lost weight and I feel as if I have gone to my 20's strength level (currently close to 40). Its 3hrs a week for me that help me maintain my overall health. Big thumbs up!

I loved how attentive the HC April was towards adjusting my workout due to being pregnant. It created a safe space for me but also extremely encouraging while I adapt to my workouts.
The coaches are very helpful and support everyone in class at your own level

The variety, programming, and the coaches. Music is good and not too loud
I love that it changes daily to hit all muscle groups. I love the coaches encouragement as well as them giving you a nudge if they feel you can go up in weight selection. I like that you can see what zone you are in to push yourself to get more splat points. I love that there are bench marks to see if you are improving. I’ve never been consistent about exercising and this is the first time at age 50 that I hate when I can’t got at minimum 4 times.
Orange theory is the only way I can motivate myself to have an amazing workout, I love it!!
I am a health enthusiast: I try to eat good quality food, I don't take drugs recreationally or even medicinally (unless absolutely necessary), I don't smoke or even drink - the last drink I had was on my birthday, 1 Sep 23 in which I celebrated by spending time with my friends at OTF Studio 0062.
I used to run half marathons and train for several long distance cycling events - 108 miles being the farthest I've cycled. I found training for these events exhausting and not sustainable. I trained mostly alone and did not enjoy that aspect of it.
At Orange Theory which is indubitably Orange Therapy for me, I have found my safe haven from the daily rigors of work life. The front desk staff are amazing and the coaches are phenomenal! The revolving templates keep the work outs challenging and fun! I love the energy and vibe of this particular studio - they always make us feel welcomed and valued!

I love everything about Orangetheory. It works with my schedule. There’s many morning classes available and evening classes. I always get a great work out. I like the fact that it’s a different class every day so you get lots of variety and I like to be able to see my metrics in real time, so I can make adjustments as needed. The coaches and office staff are friendly and helpful. It’s easy and easy out and you get a fantastic workout. I’ve noticed such a difference in my body and my endurance and strength.
