I love the variety, the high-energy pace, and the specificity and intentionality in which work on strength, endurance, or speed is targeted to developing certain muscle groups. The focus on core strength is also much appreciated.
Orangetheory is what you make of it. The coaches and clients push me when I need it and support me when I have issues. Right now, I am preparing for knee replacement. I can only walk slow on the treadmill, but still have the ability to do the rower. I have a lot of adjustments on the floor, but all the coaches are there to give me alternate exercises. If I did not have Orangetheory, I would not be working out. I may not be able to do everything I did before, but I do what I can and most of the coaches have always emphasized to do what you can and that it was OK to take a green day now and then. Taking a green day for me right now, is every day but I am still burning calories vs sitting at home doing nothing.
Orangetheory Fitness is the best. The coaches, the atmosphere, friendships make it the best.

Overall workout
I enjoy the variation from class to class and the coaches are great (specifically Tony, Hannah J, Holly & Jessie)
The only thing I would change is when there is cardio included in the Floor templates. We get so much cardio on the treds that I would love the Floor time to be more dedicated to weight exercises with less cardio.

Variety and great coaches. Tiffany, Elli, and Bay are awesome! I only go early morning, so they are the only ones I know. I am sure the others are great too!

The workouts are always great but it's the coaches and staff at Ballston that make this such a motivating and inspiring community. Shout out to Hannah, who has done an awesome job since taking over as head coach, and all of our amazing 5 am coaches who bring the energy every day!
I like that the workout is always different which keeps me engaged. I appreciate that the coaches are encouraging and supportive without being annoying. And I like the laid back vibes, and that I don’t feel like I am competing with the other patrons.
