DF offers an incredible workout as well as peace of mind with all their yoga classes. But most of all their staff and yogi instructors are amazing. Always very friendly and full of knowledge. Such a pleasure to have this gem of a place here in Moncton.

I like the trainers- Natt and Matt and the staff from reception. They are very friendly. I also like the gym because looks clean.
Great instructors/Staff & Flexible hours
I've only been there twice so I'll be able to answer this more fully in the future. One positive thing I've noticed so far was the very friendly reception one receives. Janelle, in the boutique, is a prime example and she is so knowledgeable.
Instructor was excellent - And made a real effort to try and get me into a more efficient position, regardless of the fact that I was incredibly feeble, she spent time and did so with everyone there.

Classes, class times and teachers
Wonderful and friendly teachers and staff. I also love the infrared heat and dim lighting. I do not like hot yoga in a brightly lit room.
I love the Dynamic Fitness Studio (the quiet space, the dim lighting and padded floor), the variety of classes and the 30 day challenges that take place every few months.

Great level of expertise and knowledge
Everything, very friendly, knowledgable staff, great Yoga Teachers, Clean, customer oriented. They treat customers with courtesy, and understanding. I Love it. I could not ask for anything more. I would recommend Dynamic Fitness to everybody young and old alike.

There are so many class options, and everyday is different so you are never "bored" of the same exercise. The staff is also super personable and great trainers!

Her little touches really have made the studio much warmer and inviting. ie: paintings, shower curtains, shower mats
