The reformer classes with Megan have introduced a new type of movement to me - this is helping me minimize back pain and making me more comfortable just MOVING. For anyone with chronic pain, simple motions can sometimes be painful, which leads to apprehension in daily life. I feel more free to do simple things with my newfound core connection. Like getting out of a chair, or putting a fitted sheet on my bed, or tying my shoes.
Plus - all staff has been endlessly kind and helpful, the showers and change rooms are very clean, and I always feel welcome.

Your studio was beautiful, the music was a nice addition, and the teaching style nade the class easy to follow and a good challenge.
I can only comment on hot athletica. I love the "dynamic" nature of the workout. Not monotonous at all. I also love how it hits the whole body. Lastly, I like how the exercises are simple, so I can do them on my own as well.

Your teachers are amazing and I love that the studio has no windows and is usually low lit. It really helps me to relax. Wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is so kind.

I love the friendly staff who consistently greet customers and show that they care. The studio's infrared heat is amazing and the class offered are truly beneficial to one's health. The Lululemon shop is also quite handy. I recommended the studio to friends and acquaintances.
