I love the Yin/Flow class. I think there should be more like it! It was so full yesterday that someone left. Maybe now that it is February it will calm down a bit.
I also love the floor at Dynamic. I tried Moksha but the floor is tile and very uncomfortable. Love Dynamic! :-)
Professional ,clean, and the consistentsy of the program
I have never before done a class like Hot Athletica! It was a combination of all my current workouts in one! I loved it! Thanks for introducing me to this intense class! Also, this was the first yoga studio Ive been to with a cleaning station for yoga mats- Also a great idea!

The same as last survey. interesting and challenging classes, convenience, clean and ample amenities. Hot showers. Thanks for the jar of hair bands- forgot mine yesterday and thought I was doomed. I recommend your business frequently.
Variety of classes quality of instructors
friendly, clean, good amenities (showers etc) , convenient class times, the instructor I have is organized and keeps the class interesting so I feel I get something out of each class
There are many classes to choose from. I like being able to practice yoga but also having the choice of doing athletica.

I like the warm Yin classes with Kathy Hossack but preferred tht earlier time. It used to be 5:30 pm and now it is 7:00 pm which is too late for me. Like the senior rates so I can afford to go more often.
