Knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly staff and the best yoga studio in Fredericton. Some work could be done to the change rooms but it's not a major issue.

What do you like about our services?

I love the variety of classes offered at Dynamic and the quiet, dim studio (with great floors). I also love that the instructors put their own creative touch on each class - it's great to attend multiple flow classes in the same week and complete a different yoga sequence each time. In general I just love the atmosphere and community at Dynamic!
