Great new space
This was my first visit to your location. The floors were amazingly comfortable. Very peaceful room.
Althought I was a bit dissapointment in the class. Again, super new to yoga and know nothing about Yin. After walking 17km the day before, I thought 'oh deep stretch will feel nice'. But to my surprise, half the class is laying on the floor 'relax'. I guess I would have been better off to take a hot yoga class.
So therefore facility - beautiful. But $17 to lay on the floor - pricey.
Very accessible for beginners, or people who are new to yoga.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. There was no guessing. The staff took the time to explain things well and to point me in the right direction...literally! I felt as though the staff cared that I was there.

Friendly staff, different classes ex. Athletica, Piyo, as well as the traditional flow and yoga classes. Wish there was an evening class on Saturday.
You offer some unheated classes, which is what I'm looking for in a yoga studio. You're conveniently located with a variety of classes. The teacher rate is a huge incentive as well.

Every teacher is very nice and helpful throughout the class and is always eager to answer any questions you have.

Today was my first time at the studio and I loved it, the place itself is beautiful but most of all the staff is just amazing! My first class was warm flow and meditation with Alicia and she could not have been better!
