Hot Athletica works core strength with cardio and very intense. awesome. Hot yoga is great to calm the mind, stretching and core strength. The only thing I was disappointed with is the lack of spin classes. I think it would be beneficial to you and your clients if you had 3 spin classes a week.1 a week isn't enough. This would keep up the interest in spin. Thank you.First name removed

Pleasant, friendly, knowledgable instructors and staff. Great atmosphere! The trainers provide excellent safe effective training in the classes. The trainers are first class and know how to bring the clients to a higher level of fitness in a fun environment

I like the personal attention provided during my work outs, focusing on the correct form, right alignment and the modification of exercises, to avoid injury and get the best out of my time and effort at the gym. I also appreciate the encouragement as it helps keep me motivated, despite old injuries and feeling the effects of aging.

I am getting used to the new location. The inside facilities are very attractive and comfortable. The outside of the building is less welcoming although the parking is much appreciated. I also love the warm classes. Most of all I appreciate the teachers and their level of proficiency and commitment.

How friendly everyone is. I feel very comfortable there so that I can just focus on my own practise.
I like the instructor I had today and the front staff that signed me up. Both were helpful and welcoming which I really enjoyed. The studio is clean and well lit. I only wish there were more hatha and candlelight classes.
Everyone is super friendly and inviting, they genuinely seem to be happy to be there and that you are too.
