I loved the instructors and the atmosphere ! The only thing I would change is the silence, this is the first studio I've been to (I've been to quit a few) that doesn't put calming music on during the class! Other than that it was great !
Fantastic instructors, great atmosphere, lots of variety in class types.
The yoga instructors are all very knowledgeable and personable, and recognize me when I walk in the door. I also love the space where we do yoga, the dim lighting, the soft floors, the music, and the warmth.

Your classes are an excellent t mixture of athletic structure and spiritual connection. I really enjoy the relaxation and calming nature of the classes, but greatly value the athletic focus and attention to details in the exercises. My cardio and muscle definition has greatly improved over the time I have been a member. I have also noticed an increased awareness in my posture inside and out of the studio ( which is an added bonus). I would recommend your classes to anyone, and have even convinced my very non-yoga inclined father to join and he is loving it!
My only recommendation to the studio is to broaden the hours classes are available. I work from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and really enjoyed the 6:00am classes. I realize from a business perspective that only so much can be managed and class sizes need to maintain a minimum for it to be sustainable. However, if it is ever possible down the road to bring the early morning classes back, I really enjoyed going before work.
I would also like to complement all of the instructors, as they do an excellent job every class. They are professional and always come prepared with a structured and well organized class plan. Great staff!
