I am not very flexible and I'm not very good at yoga poses but I enjoy the heat and the stress release/relaxation yoga provides - I appreciate that I'm not picked at and prodded during the sessions and made to stand out - the instructors are fabulous - friendly and always very accepting of whatever place you are at and I'm grateful for that. I love how I feel after but I'm nowhere close to being able to do all poses but I'm happy to start here and improve my practice - a great place and after more than a year being away, I'm so happy to be back and in such a beautiful location!
