Nice people. Make sure to be friendly to everybody. Sometimes people feel intimidated or like they are not experienced with yoga & it can feel difficult to fit in or like they belong there.

Class are frequent and easy to register on-line. The instructors are also great and very encouraging.
You take the time with all clients and are genuinely interested in them as whole people. You try to help each person reach their goal whatever that may be; physical,emotional,or spiritual. I love the reminders that it is your practice; do what you need to for you and don't worry about your neighbors. I also love the positive atmosphere. Love it!
Many things: online registration, welcoming reception, enough instruction, assistance with towel/gear. And, probably the most important part, the class and instructor were great.

I am always welcomed by a friendly face and although I am not in great shape or very flexible, I never feel judged while participating in a class (which I was very nervous about before I began to visit regularly). I really like how we are encouraged to go further in class but are also able to go at our own pace if need be.
