Very comprehensive!
Staff is friendly and loves my dog. Location— one minute from work. Cameras so I can check on her.
I would give more options for pet owners. For example, for owners to have somewhere to keep their dogs depending on their schedule. I didnt like feeling pressured to enrol into an 8 week commitment when I am not sure id be able to bring my dog every week 1 time a week. Id prefer to sign an enrolment and pay when i decide to drop him for certain days as I go. It allows more flexibility as when you go to dogtopia you are encouraged to sign up and will be charged no matter what for 8 weeks
I was not sure what to expect- but nothing about this visit gave me warm happy vibes. The man dressed in black that was to do the "one on one" with Kaya had the personality and body language of a rock. To entrust you with my baby girl I would have felt a little more at ease had he 1)introduced himself 2) spoken to me, engaged with Kaya 3) shown some type of personality. Kaya had zero interest in going with him- he did NOTHING to engage and interact with her before he walked her away. 5 mi. After she is away from me I hear dogs barking/sounds of a fight. The front desk young lady took off running. That was all I needed- I felt zero comfort and trust Kaya was safe. I wanted this to be a good interaction but left completely disappointed.
Karen was such a help and such a wonderful person that helped up with whiskey I'm so excited for her to train him

The girls who trim my wiener dog Henry’s nails are awesome. They are sweet and genuinely caring for his comfort and take the time to listen to my concerns regarding his nails rubbing on his pads .
We love coming to visit ! ( maybe not So much Henry who hates his paws touched, but regardless- 10/10 service😀 ) thank you !

I think there should be more than 1 person in a room with the dogs if there are more than 6 dogs.
I always have peace of mind knowing my girl is in safe hands. The staff genuinely cares for dogs.
The only thing that you could improve is the online experience. I can no longer see my account balance which is very inconvenient when trying to plan and schedule daycare.

The people seem excellent and the accessibility to the webcam is great.
Staff is very nice and accommodating. Play areas are well supervised and kept clean.
I love that Dogtopia offers a lunch to the pups - saves the hassle and it's a nice treat for our puppers. :)
We have used Dogtopia Applewood in the past. Very happy with them.
Everyone is very nice and helpful and the place is clean and my dog loves it there.
Very transparent. Webcams, walk thru on first visit. Everyone at the Upland location is professional, pleasant and helpful.
Very friendly staff
You really know my dog well and genuinely care about her. Never feel like I'm "parking" her somewhere. ALL the dogs really want to go into the daycare, and that says a lot about you.

Everyone took very great care of my sweet Bentley. Anymore, when I drop him off, he’s always eager to begin his day at Dogtopia. When picking him up, I can always tell that he had a good time because he’s always so happy. He especially loves Summer and Taylor. I’m so glad I found this place!

Very friendly and informative staff!
Danica and Nat truly went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable in leaving my dog Clover with them. As Clover is very anxious around new people and has separation anxiety, it was hard going into this new chapter. However, the staff made me feel confident in leaving her with them! Can’t wait for her to return for her first full day of day care on Tuesday!
