Knowledgeable staff. Very patient with our dog Panda. Panda is a bit nervous on MAG day. But the staff were very accomodating even when Panda got too over excited.
Very professional and caring staff.
I was impressed by the intake interview process. A good way to ensure that the dogs will interact safely with other dogs. Makes me feel like the group play will likely be safe for my older dog.
Loved the option for my dog to get a bath or nail trim while he's here at daycare. We planned to utilize day care twice a week and also loved that I didn't need to buy a package like most other places required. I liked that we could check the camera to see what he's up to.

My pup Riley got her first haircut few weeks ago, Sydney did a phenomenal job. I’m so happy. Riley’s attitude was so cute after like she knew she looked good . I’ll be booking again with her 100% , Such a great experience really appreciate it :)
Friendly staff, great company that provides daycare for my energetic pup, Blue. He always looks forward to daycare. It’s the perfect place for him to socialize and exert his energy!
flexibility in the times open and the coaches are amazing!
I like that my dogs get to socialize with other dogs. I like that the dogs are monitored continuously. I like the options to drop off dogs for day play and that boarding is available when needed.
Bentley loves going and he is a happy tired boy when he gets home.

Duke has become a better dog. I used to be afraid, because of Dukes size ( 130 pounds),
to let him go near people and kids. Since going to Dogtopia, Duke is used to being with a variety of different dogs and lets all the Dogtopia parents pet him when we are in the lobby before we go home. And the staff can rough him up and pet him and he likes it !!! You have made Duke more social and not so scary to everyone. He is just a big mush ball who looks scary but is not anymore. I tell all my friends and family about Dogtopia...
There were some first time issues.
I've never been charged for the required evaluation before, and neither my husband nor I were told there was a $20 charge.
The first day of Lily's daycare, the webcams weren't working for me. I reached out several times, but they never worked. I was told Lily was playing with the puppies and I really wanted to see that. She's 13 and her playing days have been over for awhile. I never did see her in action. I was able to see her on her second day and she wasn't interacting with any dogs or people.
Also, I thought the 1 day/week was $35.
Other than those points, your program has been good for her.
Friendly, patient staff. They did an amazing job with Benny, who is very shy. He did great while there and we are happy to have found a place to take him!

My dog is very happy there and I am able to leave her there confidently that she is in good hands.
I love that they have fun activities for them to do. Also the staff is so friendly and kind.
Opening for long hours from 7 am to 7 pm provides convenience when needed. Friendly pleasant dog trainers and dog pack. Every weekday morning my dog always rushes in eagerly happily in excitement

My dogs really seem to enjoy going to daycare here. They are doing so much better than I expected. They come home with tons of energy and seem to be very happy. They clearly are getting exercise though because they are also losing a little weight.
Jade and the staff were absolutely great. They answered my questions and I felt comfortable leaving Mabel in good hands. Thank you so much!

Everything, The staff is caring and warm and I know that my dog is in great hands. She gets excited when we drive into the parking lot and must say goodbye to everybody when she leaves.
The staff are amazing and very loving with the dogs. My only compliant is that my dog smells so badly of pee when I pick him up and even the fragrance that they provide really doesn't help very much. It may be just something due to my dog's behavior but that is the only challenge for us.
