Amazing 1st visit, the staff informed me of what to expect and provided a complete run down of the initial meet and greet which went as expected. My fur fella seemed to have a blast. was nice to view him via the webcam through the day.
Its all about the staff. Everyone is friendly, quick, kind and efficient. The staff seems to know and love all the dogs who enter the door,. They know how to get the dogs in and out quickly, realizing that everyone who is dropping off their furry friend is in a hurry to get where they need to be. Your staff is fabulous.
The cost associated with boarding is pretty prohibitive. We hesitate to drop off Cooper for that reason, and also that there isn't outdoor space for the dogs.
Everyone is welcoming and friendly and the monthly themed activities / photo shoots are a fun addition to their regular play.

I like that there is a webcam so I can check out what my dog is doing and how he is playing. The people that I have met so far have all been friendly and seem to care about my dog
A policy has recently been changed at the facility that my dog attends and I was not made aware. Not via email, newsletter, or phone. He has been placed with dogs that are four times his size. Due to this he has been isolated from the rest of the dogs and put in a small playpen. The purpose of bringing him to Dogtopia was for him to be able to get exercise and have an opportunity to socialize. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication and the downgrade of the quality experience for small dogs. However, I have been able to trust Dogtopia with the safety of my dog for over a year and that is very important. The overall interactions with staff is always pleasant and my dog used to get so excited for his weekly visits. But lately, he has been more excited to stay home unfortunately. I look for my dog to be able to run and play in a safe environment with other dogs his size. I had that for a long time with Dogtopia and I guess it’s come to an end with the recent changes.

The staff are kind and amazing with my doggo. Facility is clean and well organized.
Friendly staff, lots of fun activities for the pups, the sheer excitement that my girl has every time she goes. I love knowing that Lucy will be having fun with her BFFFs all day.
The staff is very friendly plus I like that they take good care of the dogs.
Dogtopia has been amazing to my pup Prince Oliver they are always so happy to see him and make him feel welcome and loved. He has so much fun there they do activities with the dogs and make them feel like family. They have even bathed him for me when he has played super hard and gotten filthy so he does not come home that way. They are awesome!

Overnight boarding space with cameras, outdoor space for dogs, more staff
When staff bring your dog, they always forget there belonging. This has happened to me twice. I have also suggested if pet parents be told when dog has a poop. No one has listened to me.
It's not that hard to let the pet parents know even if they had met a friend.
I really like everything else that you guys do. The facility is always clean and smell great. Staff has aways been very friendly and I do appreciate it.

Our puppy goes crazy and runs towards the door every time we drop him off like he's visiting a best friend. I also love the energy staff greats grogu with even though they don't have to (especially in the mornings when people usually waking up).
The cameras are also great whenever we're out of town and just want to check in and look at grogu.
Honestly, I don't think I can trust anyone or any other service for boarding Grogu given how much he loves the round rock dog topia facility. Where we live now, we are 5 minutes away from another dog topia branch, but we still make the 15-20 min drive to the round rock location because that's where grogu belongs.
