Easy to use, staff is friendly
You guys are the best! I can tell everybody that works there have a passion for our pets, the facility is very clean and my dog Kaya, LOVES to go there!
Everything! Very friendly people who love dogs as much as I do. A wonderful place where my dog can socialize with other dogs & people too, off his leash.Anytime I need them they are always there. Many thanks!!!
My Dogs would only be with for 4-5 hours, and they were crated for 2 hours. Not what I wanted.

My dog loves you and you love her.
When I pick up my dog, Luna, I noticed that her snacks was not given to her. I also noticed that the bag of food plus the half a bag of food only just a little bit was given to her also, I noticed the canned soft food that I brought half of that. The reason why I didn’t want my dog to have that type of food from your establishment . I did not want her to get sick
I noticed also that her bed was not put inside the cage. Again, her snipes was not given to her and the food that I sent only just a little portion that she was given so I really don’t know. What did you all feed her. I know that one day she had hotdogs, thank you Miss Last name removed
I like that I can see what my dog is doing and make sure he is happy or content. I also like the report card telling me how the staff thought he behaved.
The staff is kind and caring.
Many need earlier drop off than 7AM. 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM would better serve people. Also a monthly unlimited option would be nice.
Annie just loves coming here! and that’s very important! I also think the staff are very nice, and really care about each and every dog! 👍🏼😊❤️
Long hours
Scheduled naps in kennels after lunch. Employees who genuinely enjoy taking excellent care of Hudson.
Friendly and kind
I like the access to webcams, gives ease of mind. I also like the text update that you guys provided with pictures. I also love that you guys let emergency contacts come and check up on my dog while I am out of town.
Very friendly people! I also love the webcam so I can pop in and watch my doggo having a good time during the day.
Our dog adores his caregivers there, and the feeling is clearly mutual. If he can’t be with us all the time, it helps to know that he’s with people who truly love dogs.
Communication from staff is great, the hours are perfect for people who work a little more than 9-5, and they are extremely flexible about working with your dog’s regular schedule to provide as much consistency as possible.

Great quick service for busy business people that need to give their dogs exercise.
I was very impressed the first time I took my lab for the spa package. Everyone was so nice and friendly to both I and my dog. She has been twice for the spa.
This last time I was not as happy with her results. Maybe they were rushed. She was still damp when they brought her out. She didn't have the wonderful smell that she did the first time. Her front nails were cut but not buffed. They had slivers of nail on the edges and I couldn't tell if her back nails had even been trimmed

I will go back, but I wont leave with her until I'm satisfied. .
The staff is extremely friendly and seem like they actually care about the well being of our pet and the other pets in their care.
You didn’t disappoint me, I just don’t know anyone who has a dog that they take to doggie daycare. If I did, I would recommend. I don’t use Dogtopia for boarding, so I have no opinion on that.
