Most of the sales staff were friendly and greeted me. Unfortunately your store carries more books and clothes than sneakers!! You have more socks than sneakers! The selection is weak as far as sizes, color ways, and models.
Your staff could benefit from more training as I as I felt I knew more about the sneakers. I tried to ask leading questions, but they came across as unsure.
Please make more space available to run and test sneakers in the store. I felt like I was in the way and had very limited space to work with.
I was also annoyed that the sales clerk misquoted a price and when I went to check out, it was $40 more! I had to ask for a discount, which the clerk should have done without any prompting from me.
I doubt I'll be back.
I was not aware that you guys bought out Run On and they had excellent staff and had unique methods for getting the right shoes! Fleet Feet does the same and I am so happy with your services!!
The Associates are and were awesome! My sister had recommended this store and it was better than I had anticipated. I, first, went on a Saturday to just get a feel for the store and check out stock and prices. I don't trust on-line for anything anymore. I start by saying I wasn't planning to buy anything, but wanted to get an idea of what was available because I have hard to fit feet. Without hesitation, the Associate agreed with my request and paired me up with Megan. Megan, without hesitation, friendly answered all my questions, sized my feet and told me to have a good day and if I want to come back the information will be there waiting for me. I was very happy at the customer service. I went back Monday and got my shoes-perfectly fitted and comfortable. Being so well pleased I also bought two pair of socks. I will be going back for more

First of all , Alex was most helpful and patient with me in selecting the correct fit for my issues .. I love my Hokas and special socks made for bunions .. I would like to thank my chiropractor Dr Chad with Lifestyle Wellness center for giving me a referral discount .. And My podiatrist Dr Singh for referring me to Fleet Feet !! I plan to return and get a second pair in the future !! Thank you Alex for your assistance!!
