This was my first time here since front runner was taken over by fleet feet and my experience was excellent. I got my feet scanned, got suggested multiple different good options, got to test run them on a treadmill and went home with shoes that I really like. Highly recommend this store.
The person that helped us was GREAT 10 out of 10. Very knowledgeable about the products but not a pushy salesperson. Was of great help will definitely be shopping at that location with that salesperson in the future.
I love that the staff is so friendly and always so helpful! I also love that Fleet Feet stands behind their shoes!! If the shoe doesn’t work, bring it back and they’ll make it right. I believe customer satisfaction is number one at Fleet Feet! I don’t buy my shoes anywhere else!
Service is always outstanding. We have been to two different stores. Employees at both are great. Keep selling Hoka brand. We love them.
The customer service by Greg in Jackson TN was awesome, he was very knowledgeable of the the products and appointed me to what I needed. My first pair of Brooks are wonderful and feels a whole lot better while running and walking.
Both Lisa and Kaden were very knowledgeable. They fitted my daughter for running shoes and me for a shoe to walk in that would address the foot pain I was currently experiencing in the shoes that I was wearing. We both tried on at least three different shoes so we can find the pair that felt the most comfortable.
Recommended Fleet Feet to our parents and will continue to recommend to others. Great experience.

The associates were wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable. We stopped in for shoes for my husband and ended up with two pair. I decided to try some shoes on also and walked out in new shoes. Our feet are such an important part of our health. My husband works on his family farm and always needs good support for his feet. And of course going to all the grandchildren’s events keeps both of our feet busy.

Comfort
I had an old Highschool friend recommend me to try Fleetfeet from where I got a new full time job as a PCA (a lot of the same work as a CNA but without the certification) and my new job was killing my back, hips, knees, ankles and feet because of my Osteoarthritis. I needed some really good shoes. I have never had a shoes store company actually "test" my feet and how I walk. The pressure I put on my feet and show me. I was extremely impressed. They took the time to help me find the shoes I needed so I can keep working more comfortably. Yes the shoes are more expensive than you're cheaper places. But it's so much more worth it to have your body feel better. I thank my friend for recommending me. And I thank you for helping me!

Clinicians were very knowledgeable and attentive... very patient.
I did not like the appearance of the shoes, but bought them anyway because I hoped they would help my foot problems. I also was given a pair of inner soles for arch support. They were expensive! I wore them that afternoon and my feet were burning and stinging when I got home. I do not think I can wear these shoes.
Awesome products and a staff that knows what their doing and are 2nd to none.
